Glossary:
Your pair of donated rugby boots must be in a good and clean condition (no rips, holes or tears) and must be complete, laces, inner soles & studs.
Re-Boot reserves the right to refuse the donated rugby boots, remove advertising records from the Re-Boot website and possibly cancel the membership of the registered user if the pair donated is not to the required standard.
Where possible, all regstered members should seek a 'like for like' replacement and not seek betterment when replacing their rugby boots.
Once the 'purchaser' has identified a pair of replacement boots, then from the date of confirmed sale ReBoot will have upto 5 working days to send the sold boots to the 'purchasers' nominated safe delivery address by registered post.
Re-Boot cannot accept any responsibility for the non-delivery of rugby boots. Any product deemed to be lost in transit will be the responsibility of the nominates postal carrier company.
'Re-Boot' are under no obligation to offer refund of the cost of replacing your rugby boots should you become dissatisfied with the purchased product.
In the event of you becoming disatisfied, Re-Boot would be happy to receive formal feedback via the website contact form, setting out the reasons. In return, 'Re-Boot' can then review the merits of your dissatisfaction. In the most severe cases, Re-Boot reserves the right to cancel the membership of a registered user that has not fully complied with Re-Boots' terms and conditions.
Re-Boot and all its registered users operates under an 'upmost good fath' policy where all products appearing on the website are genuine and are of a good quality. Mis-representation of a product appearing on the Re-Boot website is completely unacceptable.
If donated rugby boots that remain unsold for a period of 6 months, the affected member should contact ReBoot and arrangements will be made to remove the unsold product from the Re-Boot website. Valuable website space will be freed up for the Re-Boot community.
